Our Commitment
In compliance with Meta's Developer Policies and Egyptian Law 151/2020, CloudWA ensures that you have full control over your data. You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated Meta Platform Data at any time.
How to Delete Your Data:
1. Self-Service via Dashboard
Login to your account at cloudwa.net, go to Account Settings > Privacy, and click "Delete My Account". This will trigger an immediate and automated wipe of your Meta API tokens and stored metadata.
2. Direct Email Request
Send an email to privacy@cloudwa.net. Our legal representative, Hassan Hamdy Mohamed Abdellah, will verify your request and manually ensure all your data is wiped from our database within 48 hours.
